Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Confirming the ownership of a mill, 1934
The document reads in parts: "Dear Shariʻatmadar (local religious notable), Mr. Fazil, I, Hasan Muhsini, am writing to you about the mills with all its equipment located next to the houses of master Muhammad, the architect. These belonged to Aqa Muhammad Karim's father in previous years, but now they belong to me. I would be grateful if you would write a note to that effect above this letter and confirm it with your seal". April 5, 1934. Dividing properties of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk among his inheritors, 1909
This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. Lease of a mill, 1935
Aqa Shukr Allah rented two sixths of two mills, known as Haj Sadiq's, to his nephew, Aqa Mirza Hasan for one year from, 4 April 1935 to 3 April 1936 for 300 rials (25 rials a month). A note on the verso reads: "a lease for water rights from Mashhadi Muhammad Mahdi Akbari to Aqa Shukr Allah Muhsini and Mirza Hasan Muhsini."

Marriage contract between Gawhar Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Mahmud, the son of Muhammad Sadiq, dated December 1st, 1887. The mahr is a Qurʼan worth two tumans, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth 5 tumans, a carpet, a kilim worth 10 tumans, and three sixths of the properties inherited by the bridegroom. A note on the verso reads: "the record of Nanah Gawhar (the mother of our mother, Sakinah Khatun)'s mahr."
